We begin with a friendly and free discovery conversation. We want to hear your story, your mission, goals, and dreams for your nonprofit. It's our way of understanding who you are, so we can determine the best set of services to accelerate your impact.
After our initial conversation, we craft a customized strategy that aligns with your mission. We thoughtfully and strategically recommend services to help you meet your fundraising and/or communications goals. Once you have received the plan, we will reconnect for a dedicated session to review, refine, and rightsize our offerings to best align with your budget, needs, and vision.
With a plan and team in place, we'll hold a kickoff meeting to start the engagement, set expectations, and establish a regular cadence for check-ins to ensure steady progress and ongoing alignment as we bring your vision to life.
